Every item we sell is proudly manufactured by hand and dispatched directly from our factory workshop in Cornwall, United Kingdom. We believe in an effortless shopping experience, which is why we are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum spend required.

1. Dispatch & Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically manufactured, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

  • Working Days: Our factory operates Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available working day.

2. Estimated Shipping Times (via UPS)

Once your order leaves our Cornwall factory, we partner with UPS to guarantee fast, secure, and fully tracked delivery. Following dispatch, typical delivery timelines are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: Next working day

  • France: 1–2 working days

  • United States: 2–3 working days

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): 3–5 working days

  • Saudi Arabia: 3–5 working days

  • All other areas: 3–5 working days

Please note: These are estimated courier transit times provided by UPS. While we work closely with them to ensure speed, remote locations may require additional transit time.

3. Fully Tracked Deliveries

As soon as your shipment is collected by UPS from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. This link allows you to monitor your package live from Cornwall to your doorstep.

4. No Extra Fees: All Taxes & Duties Included (DDP)

Shopping internationally can often mean dealing with hidden costs at the border. We take care of all of that for you:

  • All orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

  • Any local import duties, customs tariffs, or clearance taxes levied by your destination country's customs authority are calculated, managed, and fully covered by us.

  • The price you see at checkout is final. You will not receive an unexpected invoice from UPS, and your package will pass through customs seamlessly straight to your door.
